The Liberal Party, led by Mark Carney, is projected to win Canada’s federal election<\/strong>, with Carney securing his first seat in Parliament. A massive blackout hit Spain, Portugal, and southern France Monday<\/strong>, disrupting daily life for tens of millions. Subways stopped, phone service dropped, and traffic lights went dark. Power is slowly being restored, but the cause of the outage remains unknown.<\/p>\n
