We leave you with one of our all time favorite Karen Carpenter tunes from\u00a0the\u00a0Carpenters<\/a><\/strong> debut studio album\u00a0Offering<\/a><\/i>.\u00a0Released as a single \u2013 without the album track’s introductory twelve measures \u2013 “Ticket to Ride” became the Carpenters’ first chart hit, peaking at number 54 on the\u00a0Billboard<\/i>\u00a0Hot 100 in May 1970. The single’s success led to its parent album being reissued as\u00a0Ticket to Ride.<\/i><\/sup><\/p>\n
