KEENER Music

From the moment WKNR’s predecessor, WKMH signed on in 1946, a critical component of its success was the music. Throughout the KEENER years, the station tracked the tastes of the Detroit radio audience and recorded it on the popular WKNR Music Guides. Here is an extensive archive of every KEENER Music Guide, starting with the very first, issued on November 7, 1963. Thanks to Gary Groeller, Jim Heddle, Michael R.
